|Recommended: YesGreat location, excellent floor plans, love the courtyard — I really appreciate the size of the closets and bathrooms in the main bedrooms, as well as the open living dining area. You can hear very little noise from other units, or even from room to room within your apartment. The one change I would make is updating the kitchen appliances with stainless steel.

Immediately takes care of any issues in the apartment.
Some noise at night from some neighbors but handled well when advised by security officer.

|Recommended: YesNew and spacious apartments with fabulous amenities — Living at Henderson Park is convenient and enjoyable The lobby is inviting, the business center is great for last minute print jobs, the gym has just enough to get a great work out in. It's a great community all-around. My friends are always impressed with the space and comment on how nice we have it here

|Recommended: YesNice complex for a good price and decent location — I've really enjoyed the convenience of living at Henderson Park. The location is a 15 minute walk from the metro, there's a grocery store around the corner and I appreciate having a game room. My biggest complaint would be the parking limitations, but the apartments are spacious with good amenities in a great location.

|Recommended: YesGreat Experience at Henderson Park Thus Far — I've really enjoyed living at Henderson Park. I've lived in the building for 3 months, and have no complaints. The building is always clean and the residents are polite. The units themselves have good layouts and feel like home.
|Recommended: YesLove Henderson Park - hope to stay here for a long time — This building is perfect - location, amenities, everything. The staff is great and helpful - they push all maintenance requests through timely and efficiently. We have had this unit for 4 years and I just love it here. I am hopeful to continue to live here as I have no plans of leaving. The community is great too and its only a short walk into Ballston and the METRO system. I cannot easily hear my neighbors from inside my apartment, which is great.

|Recommended: YesReasonable price and adorable apartment — I always like the view when I look through the window. It is because windows are big enough and there are many greens outside. The 3B3B apartment is a good choice if you like a lively environment. Maintenance people fix problems very quickly. Amenities are good, especially the theater room. The only thing I feel frustrated about is the elevator. It wastes too much time before the door is closed, and those buttons never work when you want to close the door. You can only wait for the door to close by itself.
